Front Desk / Help Desk

Become an integral part of our team as the first point of call for our customers.

The role is fast paced, hands on and involves a wide range of tasks. These include attending inbound phone calls, general reception duties, liaising with our freight and distribution partners, providing support to the sales team and most importantly, managing customer requests and enquiries.

We are looking for an all-rounder with a great ‘can-do’ attitude who will take control of the role and really make it their own, while at the same time enjoy being an integral part of our team. A bright and positive personality, with the ability to keep your sense of humour through busy periods.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Good understanding of iCOS Live
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and written.
  • Time management skills are important as is the ability to successfully prioritise tasks.
  • Computer literacy and intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (mainly word, excel and outlook).
  • The ability to multitask and work within time restraints.
  • Organisational skills and confidence with problem solving

Front End / .NET Developer

We are looking to add a dynamic full time Developer to our innovative Auckland-based team. This full time position will suit an energetic person who seeks to be involved in a challenging and rewarding role.

Working within a small team of technically minded professionals, your responsibilities will include client support, analysis and maintenance of released products and working on new features and product releases on a broad range of technologies and platforms.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • .NET (VB.NET Preferred, C# OK) experience
  • Good OO design knowledge and understanding of web technologies
  • Basic SQL (SQL Server) knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of HTML / Javascript / AJAX / jQuery
  • Good user interface design intuitions. Along with Android experience and JAVA experience
  • Good communication skills, both over the phone and written.
  • Ability to work independently at times
  • Web based MVC experience is a bonus
  • Knowledge in logistics will be advantageous.

It is preferred that you will have at least two years relevant working experience, but won’t discount less.
